The Future of Fire Safety is Proactive
The National Association of State Fire Marshals (NASFM) 2026 Fire Prevention and Safety Symposium recently brought together fire marshals, code officials, life-safety professionals, industry leaders, and other public-safety experts. More than just another industry conference, the event offered a snapshot of where fire prevention is heading and the challenges that fire and life-safety professionals will be facing in the years ahead.
One of the biggest themes was the rapid emergence of new fire and life-safety hazards.
