The ISO 9001:2026 Culture and Ethics Course provides practical guidance on the new and expanded requirements for quality culture and ethical behaviour within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Delegates will learn how leadership, employee awareness, risk-based thinking, ethics, continual improvement and measurable behaviours contribute to conformity with ISO 9001:2026.
This course will review and interpret the sections of the new ISO 9001:2026 Quality Management System standard that requires the specific application and understanding of Culture and Ethics.
There are 10 references to Culture throughout the new standard with key elements such as;
- Leadership and Commitment (Clause 5.1) : Top management must visibly promote a positive quality culture and ethical conduct.
- Employee Awareness (Clause 7.3): Staff at all levels must understand the company's ethical expectations and quality culture.
Culture is now an auditable, measurable requirement of the standard and requires full commitment from senior management, and the awareness of all employees.
This training session will ensure that you remain up to date and aiming to continually improve your QMS and importantly conform to the standards requirements.
A refresh of supporting factors, such as risk and opportunity, risk-based thinking, continual improvement, correction and corrective actions will be reinforced.
