Vol. 1545 | 16 Jun 2026
The European Commission has updated the list of harmonised standards supporting the EU General Product Safety Regulation and repealed the older directive-based decision. The update includes revised standards for gymnastic equipment, children’s high chairs, and cigarette ignition propensity.
On April 27, 2026, the European Commission has updated and consolidated the list of harmonised standards for certain consumer products under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988).
